Normanton-on-the-Wolds Parish Council meetings are held every other month in the Burnside Memorial Hall, Church Hill, Plumtree NG12 5ND at 6.30pm.

In 2024-25 parish council meetings will be held on the following days:

• Tuesday 7th May Meeting for the Parishioners starts at 6pm
• Tuesday 7th May Annual May Meetings starts at 6.30pm
• Tuesday 2nd July
• Tuesday 3rd September
• Tuesday 5th November
• Tuesday 7th January 2025
• Tuesday 4th March 2025

Residents may observe the meetings and details how to do so are shown on the Agenda, which is posted on the Agendas and Minutes page at least 3 working days before the date of the meeting. At the council’s discretion parishioners may be invited to take part in the meetings.

Meeting dates are subject to change, according to the national situation.

Once a year we hold our Annual Parish Meeting. This is a public meeting (i.e. not subject to the constraints of a normal Parish Council Meeting) at which residents may raise any matters that affect the community.

The Annual Parish Council Meeting at which the Parish Council elects a Chair and Vice-chair and signs off the AGAR.
